Mood: Serene

Passy was on his way to wisdom... He loved life! He loved to catch the meanings of the events he was experiencing... He loved his life to be peaceful and serene.

He was with a wonderful woman. And once, she announced him that she needed to leave. He listened to her, felt a little sad and he said : I understand, I accept that. And he spent some times then, to learn the lesson of life, and understood how to be happy without her.

He had a wonderful job. And once, he was announced that it was impossible to keep him at work. He had to leave. He listened, felt a little sad and he said : I understand, I accept that. And he spent some times then, to learn the lesson of life, and understood how to be happy without his job.

He had a wonderful son. And once, he told him that he couldn't stand his life anymore and didn't want to see him again. Then he left. Passy listened to him, felt a little sad and he said : I understand, I accept that. And he spent some times then, to learn the lesson of life, and understood how to be happy without his son.

He lived in a wonderful house. And once, he was announced that a volcano was about to spread its lava on his village and that he had to leave. So today, Passy is alone, strong, living in a forest... He just arrived at an amazing waterfall. It is so wonderful, it's like calling him... So he suddenly feels extremely touched by the beauty of this source of water. He feels a huge emotion coming to his stomach... he let it reach his chest... and his throat... and explode in tears, putting himself on his knees in front of the waterfall, in front of Life.

- Why did you put my life so tough? I accepted everything! I learned each lesson of life! I did everything I was guided to live! Now I'm just here, alone in the forest. My love is strong and there are only trees and sky for me to express it to. Why all this? Why are your lessons so hard?

- I only tried to teach you one lesson, Passy. You never learnt it.

- What?

- In different ways, you were taught to create your path of life. Choose what you wanted to do with yourself and your life. Choose it and take the responsability of it.

- But I did all that!! I took the responsability to be happy without her, without my job, without my son and even without my home. What do you want more? You made me accept all that! And I did!

- So, you choose a path of life, Passy. Why aren't you happy with it?

- I didn't choose it! I accepted what was meant to be!!

- That is a very particular sense of responsability! That is exactly what you never learnt, passy! You never accepted, you resigned yourself. You choose a life of resignation. So you got it! Nothing is meant to be! You create the meaning of everything! You choose each meaning in the infinity of possible choices. You're living the consequences of your choices, not of lessons of life. You cannot find the lesson of life, you create your lesson of life, as you are life!

You know, she didn't want to leave you. Just your life was too sad for her. She needed creativity, fun, adventures, joy and she especialy needed responsability. She told you so to check if you will even resign not to be with her. And you did! She cried 2 years after your decision. It was also her choice. But you would have needed only to change, accept what she said, and re-create a new life. Because you wanted and still want to be with her, and she never asked you something that was against your values.

You were told that it was impossible to keep you at work. But you were only told it, it was not the truth! They needed to fire 1 person from 4. They didn't want to take the responsability of the choice, so they said to all the persons that they couldn't keep them. You were the only one to resign to it! You could have done differently because you wanted and still want this job, and they never asked you something that was against your values to keep it.

Your son couldn't stand anymore that you let her leave and let your job leave... It was the same lesson again. He wished you to change. It was your right not too. So he respected it and left. You could have just changed your consideration for him, and he would have loved to stay with you. He is still crying sometimes not having a father. It is also his choice of life. But you could have done differently because you wanted and still want to be with him, and he never asked you something that was against your values.

Your house never burnt in lava. It was just a lie to make you leave and steal your home. It was again the same lesson. You didn't choose to keep it. You did choose lo leave it. It was your choice, it was the meaning you created for this event and you experienced the consequences of your creation of life. You could have done differently because you wanted and still want to live there.

I only tried to give you one lesson, Passy: You create your path of life, you create the lessons, You don't create the events but there are just the class. You decide what you do with it! Life is not an autoritary teacher, life is a loving teacher, giving you your space to create yourself and your life. When you keep creating the lesson of resignation, you don't create your own path, you don't take the responsability of your life, you just let yourself be pushed away from other people's path. If you don't create your life, your life becomes only what other people let you live.

- Why didn't you tell me this sooner?
